Please call us prior to returning any product/s.
Invitations by Tango Design only accepts returns of products that are not custom made and are faulty or damaged.
We do not accept returns of custom made products since they cannot be reused or resold.
If your custom made product/s arrive damaged, faulty or not to specification, please contact us immediately to discuss options.
Any custom made products that have errors, such as incorrect printing or poor production are subject to investigation to determine the cause of the error. If the error is deemed to be due to an incorrect proof being approved, reprinting costs will need to be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION: Should you request to cancel the order after commencing the digital proofing stage, customers will be liable for the design layout cost of $110.00 per digital proof created + cost of materials purchased specially for your order.
CHANGE OF MIND: Should you change your mind during the proofing stage and would like a whole new design, a design fee of $110 is required to cover some of the time involved to accommodate this change. This fee is independent of the cost of the order. (This does not happen often as brides have a good look at the pdf examples and choose from there.)
Nothing in this policy is designed to contravene law. Invitations by Tango Design is located in Queensland Australia and as such will uphold the consumer laws of the State and Nation. If you feel we are in breach of the law, please contact us to discuss.
